About the Baker

 Carmella has been enamored with bread since her earliest days; her first words were "pan con mantequilla", bread with butter! Since then, she has been eating bread and exploring baking around the world. She was an apprentice at El Jardin, an artisan bakery in South Deerfield, MA and she is excited about sharing her love of bread with Miami. Carmella makes a commitment to freshness and only the best ingredients. She is also committed to staying as sustainable as possible, making most of her deliveries by bicycle.
